The process begins with clarifying the basic needs of either the buyer or the producer. Information such as product, capacity, quantity, target market, delivery method, and commercial expectations are evaluated at this stage.
The goal is to clarify the initial framework so that the process proceeds with the right matches. The clearer the initial information, the more efficient the subsequent steps will be.

Suitable manufacturers or buyers are selected based on the identified needs, and a shortlist is prepared. This ensures the process proceeds through more relevant connections rather than numerous irrelevant options.
The evaluation takes into account factors such as product fit, production capacity, order structure, market suitability, and the overall business framework.
Initial Contact is Made
Once suitable parties are identified, initial business contact is established via email or online meeting. If necessary, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) process can also be organized to ensure greater security for the parties involved.
The purpose of this stage is to allow the parties to get to know each other better and for the initial meeting to proceed in a more orderly manner. This way, the process can be initiated in a more controlled way.
Optional Coordination is Provided
Depending on the request, coordination support can be provided in areas such as RFQ, quotation, revision, sample, and document flow. This support helps ensure a more orderly flow of information between the parties.
Depending on the needs, additional follow-up, communication facilitation, and basic organizational support can be offered throughout the process. However, the commercial contract will still be directly between the buyer and the seller.

Once an agreement is reached on the commercial terms, the buyer and seller will handle the contract and payment process amongst themselves. Cantay Global does not act as a party to this contract.
The commission or performance bonus determined at the beginning of the working model comes into effect upon payment. This ensures the income model is clearly and transparently defined from the outset.
